Workplace Wellness Sample Video

We spend one third of our day at work. It is therefore important to focus on reducing physical stress, ensuring proper posture, and performing a few basic excercises which can help restore a mentally and physically healthy work environment throughout the day. Our series of wellness videos are designed to do just that. Each video is hosted by Morgan Toombs (RN), the Wellness Co-ordinator for a variety of hospitals in Toronto, Ontario (Canada).
